With two registered bidders on the day, the stunning five-bedroom home was sold at auction on Thursday for $1,120,000 — $160,000 above RV — a great result for Ray White selling agents Jenna Mills and Chris Nielson.

Ms. Mills said there were strong numbers coming through the open homes, indicative of the strong demand for Christchurch property.
